Now with 150lbs pound platic weight stack on each side, it makes it easy to adjust the pin and select what weight you want!

Combine it with an Barbell, and you can use the Half Rack to perform all the big lifts (compound exercises). With heavy duty steel tubing, you can train comfortably knowing you will be safe when you train by yourself! Comes with 2x JHooks, 2x Heavy Duty Spotter Arms, and Dip Handles to attach at the front to perform big lifts.

The Smith Machine is also a great feature when you want to train safely, and knowing you can rack the weight at anytime, when you can’t lift it up! Can be used with Olympic or Standard weight plates.
